As of December 1, 2010, the HIRO will start charging for its image anonymization and distribution services. The HIRO charges per exam requested, and the fees are intended to help us recover our operational costs. To view our fee schedule, please see the Services section of our website. We are not yet charging for our image measurement and analysis services. This fee schedule was first publicized in the November 2010 OCR Newsletter.
