The best time to contact the HIRO is during the initial planning of your research study or clinical trial. By consulting the HIRO during the design, development and/or pre-initiation phases of your study, we can work with you to ensure that all of the required imaging components are addressed accurately and fully. Early involvement with the HIRO can also accelerate your study sponsor’s site approval process (if applicable). However, feel free to approach the HIRO for assistance at any time during your study.
