The HIRO has integrated the downloading of image data into its web system. This should eliminate the need for FTP accounts for many users -- instead, you will simply be able to download the data for your request by clicking a "Download" link in your web browser. We are rolling out this feature now, and most image requests completed after today will utilize this new feature!
